SVAS directors and consultants have extensive networks in various areas including academia and business and we draw on these often to meet our clients’ needs. Our consulting and research teams have extensive academic and practitioner experience in Africa and internationally in areas including social enterprise, entrepreneurship, resource mobilization, climate smart agriculture renewable energy, monitoring & evaluation, training & development, and project management. Over the past ten years, SVA team members have published numerous peer review journal articles and worked on projects for the private sector and donor agencies including AfDB, USAID, EU, GiZ, DFID, World Bank, US Forestry Service, and the Millennium Challenge Corporation. SVAS Outsourcing division, through a joint venture with FSI Outsourcing Zambia Limited, offers high-quality outsourcing services to private sector partner companies in Zambia. Together we offer an effective staff augmentation approach whereby our team provides live call customer service and back-office support and is managed like a remote office of the client. We provide professional and rigorous management to each team and work closely with our client’s managers to deliver on all defined activities and service level agreements.
